Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase from Field & Flourish! We take pride in the quality and effectiveness of our natural skincare products.

Please note that all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and to ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you have an issue with your order that falls under extenuating circumstances, we encourage you to contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.

Extenuating Circumstances may include:

  • Incorrect item received: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to send you the correct item or issue a full refund.
  • Damaged item: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt and include photos of the damage. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a full refund.
  • Allergic Reaction: While our products are formulated with natural ingredients, it's always possible to experience an allergic reaction. If you experience a reaction after using a product, discontinue use immediately and contact us. We may be able to offer recommendations for alternative products or a partial store credit depending on the situation.

What We Cannot Accept:

  • Returns or exchanges requested outside the 10 day window.
  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or improper storage.

How to Request a Return or Exchange (for extenuating circumstances):

  • Briefly describe the issue you are experiencing.
  • If applicable, include photos of any damage or the incorrect item received.
  • We will review your request and respond within 5 business days with a resolution.
